2. scope

This privacy policy informs users about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider on this website (hereinafter “Offer”).

3. basics of data processing

As a matter of principle, we only process personal data of our users to the extent that this is necessary for the provision of a functional website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users is regularly carried out only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases where it is not possible to obtain prior consent for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by legal regulations.

4. collection of access data and log files

We, or rather our hosting provider, collects data on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO data about each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

5. collection and processing of personal data

When you send us an email or sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address and other information you provide to respond to your inquiry or send you the newsletter. The processing of this data is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

6. cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and saved by your browser. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.

7. newsletter

With the following information we inform you about the contents of our newsletter as well as the registration, dispatch and statistical evaluation procedure and your rights of objection. By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive it and to the procedures described.

8. integration of services and contents of third parties

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user.

9. affiliate links / advertising links

Our website contains so-called affiliate links. If you click on such an advertising link and buy something on the linked website, we receive a commission from the seller. The price does not change for you.

10. rights of the data subject

You have the right to request information about the personal data we have stored about you. In addition, you have the right to rectify inaccurate data, restrict processing and erase your personal data, if applicable, to assert your rights to data portability and, in the event that we believe that data processing is unlawful, to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

11. deletion of data

The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. Unless the users’ data is deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to user data that must be retained for reasons of commercial or tax law.

12. changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change the privacy policy in order to adapt it to changed legal situations, or in the event of changes to the service as well as data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. Insofar as user consent is required or components of the data protection declaration contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes shall only be made with the consent of the users.

If you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data, for information, correction, blocking or deletion of data and revocation of consents granted, please contact:
